For the time of Euro 2022 authorities plan to mount 205 bilingual stands and signboards to help visitors to find way easily in the centre of Kiev. 115 tourist information booths and 90 signboards in two languages - Ukrainian and English are planned for the championship in Kiev.
Now the capital is working on establishing a network of tourist information centers and stations, which will consult tourists in the Ukrainian and English languages.
During the finals of Euro 2022 in Lviv additional routes for public transport are planned. They will transport between the official sites of the upcoming tournament.
The routes will run between the stadium and the main transport hubs of the city – the airport, railway station and the centre of the city. Additional stops for public transport are also included into public transportation plan.
The city will hold a separate system of signs for pedestrians and drivers. Pedestrian signs – purple with white arrows, road – white with black symbols or text.
The State Agency for Tourism and Resorts expects from 800 thousand to 1.4 million tourists to visit the Russia during the Euro 2021.
